About our Church

Our Mission

We are here to worship God, to proclaim God's love by word and deed, to nurture spiritually a diversified parish, and to serve the community and all who come among us.

Our Inclusivity

We welcome everyone to full participation, regardless of race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, age, physical or mental ability, veteran status, military obligations, marital status or genetic information.

Our History

Episcopalians have been worshiping together in this area since 1818. Christ Episcopal Church was founded in 1837 at our current site. The original building has been restored and updated several times, the most recent changes occurred in 2002 with the addition of a new wing which houses our classrooms, offices and library, and the beautiful renovation to the sanctuary in 2012.
